A young man walks onto the stage of Stars in their Eyes, on crutches, with a plaster cast from his feet to his hips. Matthew Kelly Introduces him as Simon.
'It's brave of you to come out here,' says Matthew.
'tell the audience what happened?'
'Well' replies Simon, a year ago, I was driving with my uncle when we had a bad accident. my uncle was killed outright,I was trapped in the car then cut free.'
I was in surgery for 12 hours but they couldn't save my legs.
That's terrible. But I see you have legs now. Are they artificial?' asks Matthew.
No Matthew, while I was in hospital the doctors told me that my uncle had died, but that his legs were fine and with all the advances in medical science, they could graft the bottom half of his body onto mine. A huge round of applause erupts from the audience.
Kelly responds with: That's an unbelievable story.
So tonight, who are you going to be?'
Tonight, Matthew, I am going to be Simon and Halfuncle.

i have a little girl whose 2. she has done it before. she knows what to do. she tells u when she needs to be changed and even tries to change her own clothes when the wets them. she even poops in the potty. but refuses to pee. she goes to the bathroom to pee on herself but will not pee in potty. please someone give some technique to try.

I like to know why many times I find older men seem to get very rude, sacastic and seem to always want to pick fights? I am not a lesbian and I feel do nothing to "instagate" this kind of behavior from males.
I actually had men blowing up in my face and had their fingers in my face, what is the deal with this crap ?

I'm not saying a spouse, but anyone in general; a neighbor, co-worker, a customer you are helping at work.

I can't stand this non-sense.. Is there a logical explanation for this behavior?

55 gallon aquarium and a friend gave me a handful of guppies. I didnt have any predatory fish so to speak and in 3 months Ive got hundreds of guppies! I dont want to flush them, What can I get for fish that will help me balance my tank out again? The few fish I had are all gone now and all I have is a plycostomus and all these gups!

I married a man earlier this year that I lived with for a few years. We were in love & had a good relationship. Financially, however- he drained me of every penny- and caused me rack up some serious debt because he didn't want to work. Sometimes he me treated poorly and didn't help me in the right ways. Needless to say, we decided to end our marriage amicably this past Fall. My best friend happens to be male and I have known him since before I met my husband. He is wonderful person- who has made it clear he would do anything for me. Naturally when my husband realized his inadequecies and saw my bf wanting me he became very jealous of our friendship & started accusing me of adultery(which is not the scenario). Since some time has passed & I have been spending more time with my bf I have realized that I am in fact in love with him- and he is in love with me. He is the perfect person for me- but I feel horrible. I am not an adulterer. I still love my husband- but I love my bf. What now?

I have 2 Meg Broadband via a BT ADSL line. Currently using USB wired modem and acheiving 2 meg. Looking to go WiFi so I can use my laptop in any room and also connect to the family main desktop. I am looking at a wireless router which says it is 54 mbps maximum (whatever that means). If I change from wired to WiFi, will I get the same upload/download speed from my WiFi or will it slow my operation down?
I use my wired modem for streaming webcam, VOIP and podcasting and also for downloading streamed video & audio (internet TV & Radio). Will I be able to do this with WiFi as I can with wired? Is WiFi capable of routing 2 meg or higher Broadband without losses or slowdowns? House has 2 computers but only 1 will be used at any one time.

Hello people... we had a powercut earlier.. and 5 hours after the electric came back on..
I turned the hotwater and centeral heating on .. boiler sounds like it's fired up and the piolet light is on, but 2 hrs later the boiler itself is still cold and there's no hotwater/centeral heating...
is my boiler fuggered or has it got something to do with the power cut (or is it just coincidence that the boiler should pack up after the powercut as it was working last night)

I used an indoor/outdoor (very strong) double-sided side to mount speaker wire housing to the tops of my walls. Now that I am moving I need to remove all the housing and I'm left with adhesive residue that is a major pain to get off the walls. I tried goo gone, heating with a hair dryer and nothing seems to work. I also need to try to avoid damaging the walls. Any ideas?
