inscribe the phrase Pepsi on it. Does that mean they can dub themselves an unofficial spokesperson?

I suppose so. But please let the person know not to expose themselves. no one wants to see that.

Also the OFFICIAL spokesman and pepsi, can sue you for wrongful advertising or something stupid like that.
