I have attended several churches...why does the pastor/preacher only read on or two verses in the bible and close the bible and then spend the rest of his time talking about something that barely relates to the one or two verses he read? Why not actually teach what is in the book...would that be so hard??

I'm trying out a recipe that is written using several British food items (leeks, rindless back bacon rashers, etc.). These are all things I have never heard of before. I tried searching online for equivalents, but I'm not that good at doing research on the internet. I thought this might be a good way to answer my question. So, if you have a good common subtitute that I could use and would be able to find in a general grocery store, that would be very helpful. Then again, maybe I can find mustard cress...all I need to do is ask, right?

I'm pregnant with my 4th son. My sons are 13,12,12. I am due on Frebruary 1. My sons aren't so happy. They realized it's not even a month until I have my baby. My friend had a baby last month, and her kids are about the same age as mine, they were so excited! I look at them they are all smiling, and they were so excited to see there baby sister. Now I look at my sons, They arent very thrilled. They dont smile as much. One of my 12 year olds put alot of thought into the bad things that can happen with a baby brother. My 13 year old dosnt like big changes. it takes him a while to get used to big changes. He is also used to being the center of attention. If he dosn't get the attention he wants. He gets mad. My friend says every child acts different to there baby sibling. I dont know if thats the only thing bothering him. I hope my kids will like there baby brother. Well to bad because they are going to have to get used to it! Will they get better? I dont want them to hate the baby!

I broke up with this girl ive know since i was like 10, so 'making' freinds instead of just having known eachother for a long time is kinda weird to me. i just recently went out with someone else, from my school. we've known eachother for a while, kinda flirted a bit, and went to see a movie a little while ago. is there anything wrong with me having held her hand in the movie? i like her, and my freind has said she likes me too, and we do text a lot, but i think she mightve been a little wierded out or something. did i do something wrong? and how do i tell?______________________-no stupid smart-@** answers, please. just advice.

Did anyone see that girl act like a huge B**** at the end of the show sunday?!?!?

She kept saying that if one makes it and the other doesnt that they would be totally supportive. I think she kept saying that cuz she acted like she was gonna get in and he wasn't.

What a huge witch. I hope he gets with one of the other girls...on TV, so his ex witch can watch it all unfold!

I just got N.O xplode, and after i got it everyone i work-out with is telling me to take it with cell mass.
