If i had that, the therapy industry would be out of business and i'd be a billionaire. here's some basic ones...

- Internal: Rewrite negative thoughts about yourself if you find yourself criticizing aspects of your being.
- External - get a haircut, nails done, new clothes, lose weight, etc... feel good physically
- Accomplish a goal that is important to you - from charity to a project at work

Try at least one impossible thing. Keep at it until you succeed.

You will either have permanently heightened self-esteem or will become so focused on the task for so long that you will learn how to detach yourself from desiring non-necessities. Give it a try.

Forget about that thought-control therapy. Experience is the best teacher.

One more thing: DO NOT do plastic surgery. Some day you will feel like a cyborg ,or worse, a "Plastic Barbie".
