Should i keep answering or move on after being told by the Yahoo boss man that i might be banned soon?

Can anyone recommend a trademark lawyer to me? I can only find them online, and I'm a bit nervous about paying someone $500 that I've never seen, and who may or may not be a lawyer. Thanks!

Yes, I know, years ago Washington's and Lincoln's Birthday were combined into the feeble and generic "Presidents' Day".

Then, they carted in MLK Day.

This leaves us with only one national holiday named for an individual American, and he was not a President.

How can Dr. King have a holiday, but none of our Presidents do?

This strikes me as lopsided, and absurd. I don't care WHAT color he was, he was no equal of President George Washington.

Who else is for restoring Washington's Birthday to the calendar? Not removing MLK Day, just restoring Washington's Birthday.

I want it back. What about you, readers?

My boyfriend Tom and I will marry in June. His parents are divorced. His father has not remarried. His mother lives with her longtime partner in a state that doesn't have same-sex marriage, but he calls his mom's partner, Liz, his "stepmother".

My question is, what do I call Liz? When I introduce people to Liz now, I call her Tom's mom's partner. After Tom and I are married, should I call her my stepmother-in-law or what?

I love both Tom's mom Sara and her partner Liz dearly, and I don't want to offend or disrespect either of them!

Have you had any experience like this? Thanks so much!

Really, I have no one to blame but myself. But my mom is the one who had rushed me into this. I have sworn in and signed the contract but I haven't been shipped off to basic. I don't want to get a dishonorable discharge because I know that it's going to look bad on my resume in the future. I am not scared or anything but I am just not military material. I am not physically or mentally prepared and this is something that was my mom's dream, not mine. I don't know what to do...help! I am going to RSP once a month...I went once and i hated it...

I had a buffet-style dinner party the other day and when I tossed the salad lettuce and my white creme dressing went flying all over the buns and spotted dick.
