Most of the time pregnant woman can't lie in their stomaches because their baby is getting in the way. It's not a sign of pregnancy.

alot of people are uncomfortable sleeping on their stomachs. i can't sleep on my stomach either but i have a hard time breathing when i do try and sleep on my stomach. when you are pregnant women don't sleep on their stomachs because the baby bump is always in the way and is really uncomfortable. try sleeping on your back or side.

well if you are pregnant, you should be able to still sleep on your tummy until around 3 months . Have you missed a period..or 2..or 3? your bed could be too soft, you could be bloated. my suggestion would be to lay on your tummy if thats the way you like to sleep, and pull your top knee towards your chest, leave it on the bed to take the weight off your tummy. sort of half on your tummy. works great.personally i can't sleep on my tummy because it makes my back hurt.

no, not neccesarily...its not good to sleep on your stomach because it causes strain on your lower back..sleep on your side or back...that would be better
