Representative Ron Paul has always been against the Iraq war. He is for abolishing the ridiculous Patriot Act and for dismantling the growing police state formed by the past two administrations. He is for abolishing the Federal Reserve and returning control of our monetary system to our elected Congressional representatives as required by the Constitution. He is in favor of returning our American dollars to the gold standard, giving them actual value, (instead of volatile inflated values dreamed up by unelected elites in the Federal Reserve). Ron Paul is for individual rights for all Americans, and totally against any kind of National ID card. He has just registered as a Republican candidate for president in the 2008 election. Ron Paul is an OB GYN, (baby birth doctor) and has been married for 45 years. He is a 10-term congressman from Texas.

Ron Paul is also in favor of a completely unregulated internet! He is also for a law that says when illegal aliens have babies here they are not automatically citizens. The parents have to go through the same legal process they otherwise would. This would put an end to these latin welfare mothers.

Amen! Finally, someone who exemplifies the true American. No half-truths, no tongue in cheek remarks. If he isn't elected this time, it will not bode well for America's future. The time is right and the country is in great need. In fact, right now, the flag should be flown upside down to show it's distress. This country needs Ron Paul. The only caveat here is that as the president, he would abide by the constitution and therefore possibly handcuff himself in using current unconstitutional presidential powers; otherwise be seen as a hypocrite. Truly ironic.

specific. he's the terrific shot at a important candidate that i will ever have. i decide to propose interpreting his e book The Revolution: A Manifesto by Ron Paul. i did not accept as true with ALL of his factors, yet average i think he may be an incredible presidential candidate. i think he analyzes costs properly to verify if the spending is actual properly worth it or not. it is approximately all i'm able to ask as a taxpayer.

Nope - I won't vote for him. He's against too many Republican values to be a real Republican.

I will vote against him cause I've been robbed before and lost my I.D. .... of course I'm for national I.D. cards cause they got our fingerprints and eye prints, then no one could pretend they are me and steal my I.D every again.... well, unless they cut my fingers and eyes off !
