does anyone know how to write the equation of a parabola if you're only given the focus and the directrix?

Over the last two years I have been experiencing growing chronic dizziness, fatique, blurry, sometimes double vision and some disorientation. It went from being a mild nuisance to making basic life (driving, reading, drawing, concentrating, etc.) very difficult. It's extremely hard to focus due to the constant feeling, and I have no energy. I also have tried excercising, I've blacked out several times using a treadmill only walking for less than fifteen minutes. Also very brief blacking out of vision when standing or moving suddenly. I've never been diagnosed with anything ever except for Raynaud's (poor circulation in extremities) I've also checked for anemia. It almost feels like when you hold you breath for too long.

Any doctors/medical types have any thoughts?

Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam is another good one. I have most of there songs. I still remember The Jets too. I just need a few more.
There is a song called "Operator" and I don't know who did it. (It sounds like Zapp and Roger). I even went on iTunes and looked up the charts and found nothing. I am looking for freestyle (from the late 80's) and old school. Please help. I was born in '75 so in '80 I wasn't into music all that much.

so poor, that even if you work so hard to get better every day,and get more money; your job doesn't pay enough for your bills and maintain your family, at a point where even you cry, 'cuz you don't have a thing to eat.
And you have your 2 kids asking you something to eat, 'cuz they are hungry???
What would you do...? I would Like to know your opinion...
And i'm not talking about loosing your money 'cuz you wanted to..

Let me explain myself, you are working in a good company, your salary is rate normal-good, and you don't eve have a car 'cuz all your money goes to pay bills.
Now you live in a modest home, nothing fancy...
You just don't have money 'cuz your house services are so hi, that the money you get every week isn't enough to live...?
What can you do???
HEY.. you have your kids, when everything went fine, just think; i'm talking about just 2 kids, and now you are almost in the street....
What woul you do?
I'm open to hear any ideas, and please be realistic...

I wake up crying everyday wanting to kill myself. I know I Can't because of damage it may do. Im married to someone no longer have feelings for. He loves me & is committed to relationship. I feel lost, alone, out of control. I am physically/ emotionally unavailable to our daughter. I am unable to play w/ her. I believe I am letting everyone down and wasting everyones time. I have no friends and do not go out. I don't have anyone to speak w/ & am trapped. Even if I could leave I have nowhere to go. I really just want to kill myself but all this guilt about what I may or may not be doing to my daughter is making me sick. I read how you have to be happy so your kids can be happy but where does that leave the rest of us struggling w/ mental illness? I go for help. It's not working. I don't want to feel this way. I don't want to be yelling at my daughter for no reason. She doesn't deserve this miserable life I am showing her. Somedays are better than others, hit or miss. It's a nightmare.

am 21 i'll be 22 in a couple of months i feel so lost i have been out of high school for almost 3 years i've done a year of city year and worked 2 years i am thinking about going to college but feel that i am too old to be starting college i sould be in my 3 or 4 year will it be weird because of my age will it be differant because of my age i also have a felony for robbery when i was 18 and feel i wont get a good job i am very worry about getting a job with a felony

My 12 year old son just started lying to me recently and i am scared. He had me looking all over the house for his "misplaced" psp telling me that it was somewhere around the house and he could not find it. We tore the house up looking for it. I kept asking him if he took it to school and he denied it repeatedly. He kept tellling me 'I promise Mom, I had it last night and I did't have school today. This is a good kid, never any problems. I knew something was up by his body language. But he swore to me he was telling me the truth. About 2 hours of searching, I gave him 10 seconds to come clean and he admitted to have taking it to school last week and it was stolen. This kid had me searching the house and lied to my face over and over again tonight. Is this normal for 12 year old boys? Needless to say, he saw my wrath. Lying is the worst sin in my house.

My boyfriend and I are going to San Francisco for two weekends and one full week. We are going to tour SF and visit friends on the weekends but plan on renting a car and traveling away from the city (North and/or South) for the five week days. Does anyone have any recommendations for cities/locations to visit (other than the obvious Napa Valley), things to do, or places to stay (preferably cute/inexpensive bed and breakfasts).
