I tried once but it worked it's way up and nearly came off.

only those of us that have had this problem understand your frustration.
1. pull your foreskin back as far as you can, unroll the condom about half way, use two fingers from each hand to make the opening bigger, and pull it on well past the rim. then you can unroll it.
2. if she's willing, have the chick put on you using her mouth.

were you masturbating or actually having sex when this happened ? don't trip. most guys try it.
don't be offended , but maybe you need a 'firmer fit' condom until you are a little older.
if you are going to masturbate with a condom , use lube of some sort. that should help it stay on.
if your are going to use lube with a condom during sex, make sure the lube is compatible with the type of condom you are using.

When you are fully erect, if your foreskin is not fully retracted, pull it back and place the condom on the head directly and unroll. Do not use any lube on the inside of the condom.

The same was as if you're circumsized... maybe try another brand. Make sure it's not a large size, just the regular size. Make sure you're fully erect, and stay that way, or it'll fall off.

No offense, but get a smaller condom. Large ones tend to come of if it does not fit snugly
