Mary Kate got more publicity following her eating disorder stint and is still probably more in the the public eye. I personally love them both. They're both drop dead gorgeous. Maybe Mary-Kate has more credibility as an actress but Ashley definetly dresses better.

well for one,mary-kate had the eating disorder and ashley didnt.hollywood:whoever gets the most media attention is "better".
