This is my 6th year swimming(I'm 13) and I really need a good workout that strengthens and flattens my abs. I am a Butterflyer and Breastroker so. Also, I have very strong arm muscles (especially for my age and that I'm a girl. I'm almost as strong as my boyfriend who also swims and plays football)

BTW, ones that work pretty fast also appreciated, Thanks!

My girlfriend was in a bad wreck 7 yrs ago & she nearly died. she went into a coma, shattered her leg, has perm intestional problems, & among a list of other injuries & after a long painful recovery including physical thearapy & several operations to reconstruct her leg with pins plates & screws.she has done very well she is very strong willed & although i didnt know her @ the time of the accident, i am sure thats why she survived. now 7 yrs later & after the doctors used her as a guinea pig pumping her full of meds.for 6 yrs @ 1 point 13 different kinds a day, shes been off them for 1.5 yrs now shes REAL moody, & gets depressed to the point of wanting to check out.. ive never seen anything like it. i pray for pms to mellow her out each month so i am needing to know if this is the result of the pills? she has had a past that would make alot of people give up & i am aware that could alot of it but without knowing about meds i need to see if the side effects are poss to blame ? thx

As a business owner, I won't even accept it unless I can face to face seeing the cash in hand. 99% of the time whenever someone says "I'll pay in cash" it means they have no cash OR credit and simply plan on not paying. Since the filth of JEWRY has managed to neutralize cash, I don't see why we just don't rid ourselves of it altogether? If you think about it, you hardly need it anymore. Even when disaster strikes, almost nobody has cash in hand. They scramble and panic waiting for the power to come on for the debit card machines to start working again. Been there, lived that many times now.

We will be moving in the next year, and I've never moved out of state like this. I'm very nervous about how I will go about doing this. I'm going to need to find employment (doing the same thing I do now) find a place to live, and sell our house here. What if they want me to start the job and I haven't even found somewhere to live yet? What if my house doesn't sell right away. Which order should I do all of this? I don't want to move there without having a set/secure job. AHHH...Help!!!

Ok so I think its pretty much proven Sylvia Browne is a fake now. Shawn Hornbeck, (the child who was recently found alive after being missing since 2002) His family went on the television show Montel, They decided to talk to Sylvia Browne, the psychic he has on his show all the time. She told the family that their son was dead. And made this big story about where he was and that he was kidnapped by a dark skinned man. When I read an article about this I was in amazement..She was wrong and totally decieved this family. What do you all think about this?

Over the summer I went to Ocean City, New Jersey on vacation. We ate a little pizza place and I ordered a potato skin pizza. I am having a craving for it again, and was curious if anyone had any clue how to make it.

It had thinly sliced potatoes on top and I think it had bacon.

Any idea on what the sauce could have been or how I could make it at home?

(I recommend this little pizza place to anyone who visits OCNJ, the wait was long but it was worth it. It was about three blocks off the beach beside the Wa-Wa.)

i'm an italian girl, and i can give hospitality to one of you for two weeks i think... why?? because i want to learn english better! i'm 16 and i can't SPEAk english very well... i'm so sad!! beacuse it's my favourite subject!

I just bought a Panasonic SC-HT740 (home theater in a box). I haven't opened it yet. I read a review and it said it doesn't have digital audio inputs. What are the implications. I am trying to hook it up to my HD TV.

I am forced to get rid of cable because the price went up to $47.95.Thats rediculous!I have never had DSL and see one plan that claims "up to" 1500kbps for $32.95.I did a speed check of my cable and it was running at approx 2700kbps.I know Im not going to be happy but is there anyone that has DSL and can tell me if my regular speeds will likely be much slower?If its going to be slow as molasses,then I may as well just save and go for $10.00 month dialup.Thanks
