How do i stop my sweaty hands w/out medication??? Like something i can eat or something like that.

I had a friend with the same problem and he had surgery done to stop it.

Your obviously a very nervous person! I'd just drink less cafeine, and try not to stress so much!! Smile, its a new day, and look at all the good in it, instead of all of the stressful things.... Keep your hands busy!!! Busy hands are HAPPY, hands, not sweaty hands!! And IDLE hands, are the DEVIL'S, workshop!!! Smile!!!!

Check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org and see if you have any other symptoms of low blood sugar. Low blood sugar episodes have been known to cause sweaty palms and night sweats, and hot flashes.

You can't stop it. My friend is 46 years old and she has it and her kids do too. She has been to a doctor and he says it is hereditary. Just keep a towel in your back pocket.

go in a sauna!!!!!!! and start to love sweaty hands then your sweaty hands will be like "ahhhh i am outta here!"
