chinese takeaway OR dominos pizza?? i know realistically neither... but i have2 pick one...

Chinese is usually VERY bad for you. I would actually have to say Domino's pizza would be the better option believe it or not. Most Chinese takeout is very fattening and not healthy like traditional Chinese food.

With the Chinese food you could ask them not to use sugar or msg, avoid the rice and fried foods. WIth the pizza (Dominoes) it's hard to increase that nutrient value, if you were at a shop where you could get whole wheat crust or low fat cheese maybe. The only way would be to limit the portion and have a big salad along with it so you dojn't feel deprived but still enjoy the meal.

I love Chinese but I would have to say Domino's is less fattening unless you are planning on eating the whole pizza yourself. Now that you have me thinking about it I guess it would matter about the size of pizza,whats on it and also what Chinese food you are planning on getting. Hope you enjoy your meal.

I would say chinese but stick to ONLY shrimp, tofu, or chicken, and ask for it to be steamed in no butter/salt or sauce. You can load up on veggies and if you skip the sauce or make sure they at least put it on the side you will be good to go. Also, don't get the rice, even the brown rice. Ask for double veggies. Pizza will be on a white crust, with not low fat cheese and lots of grease.

There is a question I would ask back at you - how are they prepared? The truth is that it better to have the vegetables (even stir-fried) with a little lean meat than the pizza with lots of meat containing more (quantity) of less healthy stuff. Olive oil better than the fat in meat. Rice better than bread. Check out basic nutrition and choose wisely

Check with your chinese place if they have a sea-food pr vegitarian selection you may be able to find something thats healthier then pizza.
As the above poster reccomended ask them to not use extra sugar or MSG.

Pizza is probably the better option. Chinese food is mostly all fried in grease.

you want to drink milk for the calcium content. basically use skimmed somewhat in case you could stand it. I nonetheless drink entire milk or semi-skimmed on a eating routine. I do exactly not drink better than a 1/2 pint an afternoon.
