How many guppies can I put in my 5 gallon tank? Do I need a bubbler? I have the rocks, the stuff that gets rid of chlorine, plants, filter, heater, and temp gauge. Please help!

It smells like wires burning. Its Been cold and snowy/icey out side and i just noticed this yesterday when i went out to defrost my car. The smell is comming from the vent areas of the car. I would lift the hood but its frozen shut. Any ideas of what this could be?

Please explain why or why not.
I usually trust my man about 99%, but that is about 89% of the time. He keeps some secrets that make me wonder but he's never ever given me a good reason NOT to trust him. BUT, there are always those SECRETS, you know? I'm of the mind that couples don't know 100% about one another but you know, I think he DOES know all my stuff. But that's just me. I just got back from a meeting at my job. I work very hard and try to do my best but our company just makes things tougher for us although most of us only get 30 hours and make less than 7 an hour. We have these secret shop things. We are constantly short staffed and we all end up doing mutiple things. It is easy to remember to ask all the questions and put on the phony act we have to, to the customers and to try to push them into something they don't want but when I am overworked and have 3 customers at the same time and 2 projects due at the end of the day and have to answer the phone and alll, I can't always remember to push stuff on all the customers. I am supposed to push the customers that come to my register to buy something from the register area. If they wanted a candy bar or a chapstick, I'm sure they would pick it up and it just sounds silly to push it on someone who is buying a binder or a telephone. And when you are sick, you don't always feel like being pushy.
