why dont u creat a survey for ppl over 60 or mid_50s that u noe ,like the ppl comin 2 dis party and ask for the music that they would luv 2 listen 2 ....da party music doesn't neccesirally have 2 be a surprise for dem,so just give the public what dey want!!

You could use the Rat Pack or why not try the Glenn miller big band sound but either way hope the parties a hit

probably 60's and 70's stuff - my mum is almost 60 and loves all sorts of music - even recent stuff...........in fact, she shocked me by putting a greenday cd on in the car recently!!
Not all oldies are wrinklies :-)
