I'm 15 and my bf will be 15 in a couple months. We've been kissing for a year, but only like a peck......1/2 a second. Why won't he actually 'kiss' me? Is he afraid or does he feel pressured? Mature answers please...thanks!

Maybe he hasn't french kissed before. If he hasn't he's probably nervous about what you will think of his technique. Why don't you just grab him and kiss him? He'll probably just go with it and he'll love the fact that you made the first move.
After that tell him he's a good kisser and you'll find that he won't be shy about kissing you again.

Why don't you take the initiative and give him a passionate kiss and see how he reacts? He might be afraid to offend you by moving too fast. Why don't the two of you sit down and have a long talk about this matter?

Don't push he's probably very stressed.Just make sure you two are alone and make the first move you could also create a romantic atmoshere to loose him up and he'll be french kissing without even noticing!

I don`t know why he would not maybe he is immature.Make the move and be the aggressive one if he doesn`t want to give you a real kiss.
