I filed my taxes on the 12th. I can't wait to get that money...over $7300. IIt's bought us a house. I changed my husbands W4 so he was taxed at a really high rate this year to ensure a big refund. I know I know it's an interest free loan to the government but you gotta do what you gotta do to save money. We are not savers so we used Uncle Sam. Anyhoo...back to my original question...Is there a specific say that the IRS issues direct deposits? Also, is a tax refund that high going to set off some kind of alarm causing a further delay? Anyone have any answers?

so, it just went to the bottom of the cage and layed one egg. How does bird reproduction work? What should we do with the egg? It doesn't have a mate but there is a parakeet in the same cage with a wire wall between them. Could they have...? What do you think?

I mean, not just about heaven and hell, but they changed the view of heaven and hell to something else. It wouldn't be any different than Dante, Milton or Bishop (Bishop used the ideas of heaven and hell and changed them around and formed an entirely different world where darkness was good). But if it conflicted with your religious views would you automatically give it a thumbs down, especially if it made mention of Lucifer and he wasn't chained up in the bowels of hell?

Or would you be understanding enough to read the story without critizising it for taking religious ideas and changing them around to make an interesting story. Especially when it's stated that the story is not about the author's personal religion, but about writing a story that requires more work (and usually more courage) than a normal story from a fantasy world the writer could easily make up inside their own head.

I have two family members who are in the court process,and might be conviceted in a foreign jail, One of them has health problems.What can i do at this present time to lessen the sentence or/and if they get convicted what steps can i take for them to get deported without serving their full sentence first

Working out questions? Am I on the right track?
I started working out again, targeting two core groups every other day. My second week in, I am missing today's workout. Can I double it up tomorrow? Should it effect me?

I was supposed to work on my legs and tris and do 30 minutes of cardio and 200 crunches
Does that mean tomorrow I have to double up on everything?

Also, sometimes i do the reps of 10, then go to 8, then 7, or switch off to 3 reps of 10 if im comfortable with the weight.

Does that mean that Im teasing my muscles?

I am 6'1, 190 lbs but am trying to pack on muscle, possibly around 10 to 20 lbs and am using protein shakes and vitamins. When should I take the vitamins?

I also plan on doing an hour of yoga a week on one of my days off not at the gym to supplement my workout.

Any critiques, opinions, suggestions and advice are welcome.....

Ok here is the prob. last nigth i got like 4 calls from this girl and her friend and they kept calling saying that they know me etc. I told them to stop calling and then they threatened me by saying "call the cops i still know where you live" I tried the *69 and that did not work. Considering our needs etc, isit possible to supress emotional needs and erase them for a person? can women do this? just wondering as men are wired differently and i know they are emotionally detached at the best of times.
