does anyone kno a good website that makes a plan for a diet for free? im not totalloy ova weight but i want to look good so thanx

i was on a fall sport team but that is ended i wont be doin sports till sometime this spring

i'm not so sure about a website other than:

but if you follow canada's food guide then you'll only do well. just some tips:
1. if you eat every few hours then that will help speed up your metabilisim which is good.
2. if you don't do that your body will start to think your trying to starve yourself. the body's reaction to that is to store fat because it thinks "well, if i'm not going to be fed later then i need to store any energy i can get!"
3. get lot's of exersize!!!
