The 16th amendment says CONGRESS shall have the power to collect income tax. The IRS is part of the department of treasury, which is part of the executive branch. Article 1, section 1 says that congress consists of the Senate and House of Representatives. Therefore, when you make a check out to the IRS, you're actually making it to the executive branch. Is it therefore a breach of the Constitution of the USA to send money to the executive branch when the 16th amendment specifically delegates it to CONGRESS?

hello this one is for my colored sisters.last year my hair was so thick.i rinse my hair every month,i curl my hair atleast once a week,and i bleach my hair every year.now over the last couple of months i have been seeing that my hair is so thin.i dont know my mother has thin hair and my sister has thin hair, is it in my genes or can i do something about it.will i co completly bald.but there is no bald spots. help me!!!!!!!!!

being looked for, what would you do if you knew where he was? He's got a drug problem, but outside of that, he's always been a pretty good kid. Really had no upbringing or any parents to show him any love or guidance. He's always looked down on himself, when he is a good person but making bad decisions in his young life. With all due respect, contrary to the opinion of most people I thoroughly investigated within my mind bearing no actual evidence that supports into the conclusion that Christianity is a polytheistic religion, hey it's just common knowledge way of thinking. To my understanding some Christians believe that Jesus is God in human form while some say he is the son of God therefore equalizing him with the Most High. But the thing I don't understand is why the heck do they call themselves monotheistic when in actual reality they have three forms of God. In a way they are merely insulting the Most High saying that He needs to be in three forms to perform His duties, yet they say He is one God...confusing! I rest my case and may the best answer enlighten me.

I went on a train journey the other day which may have put my life at risk.

I bought my tickets and nobody batted an eyelid, or warned me of the dangers, or anything.

I had been sat on the train for over an hour and had got quite bored. I had absent mindedly put my ticket in my mouth, God knows how long for.

Imagine my horror when, after my ticket was inspected and I took it back and began reading it because I had nothing else to do, I saw "STD" printed on the ticket!!!

I had purchased a special STD ticket, without knowing! Surely there should be a sign up at the ticket office, or something? I had put the damned thing in my mouth, for God's sake! And, obviously, I was not wearing a condom at any stage of the journey.

I am now worried I have an STD and am going to die a horribl, painful and embarrassing death. Let this be a warning to other train passengers - beware the STD tickets!

What shall I do?

It is said that a married man lives longer than an unmarried man, which I think is true but it has also been said that a married man is also more willing to die. This may sound a bit sarcastic but I really believe a married man has more problems than a single man/unmarried man. In today's modern world when everyone has more stress and problems (whether married/unmarried), what's the use really of living a long life !

Well in a way of not taking it all to litteral and living in fear of burning in hell.
So i mean you can have your own idea's about god and stuff instead of following a developed belief system, so you could have a normal human life with you expressing your belief by doing good, and no more then that.
