Is this proof that the IRS is a fraud?

The 16th amendment says CONGRESS shall have the power to collect income tax. The IRS is part of the department of treasury, which is part of the executive branch. Article 1, section 1 says that congress consists of the Senate and House of Representatives. Therefore, when you make a check out to the IRS, you're actually making it to the executive branch. Is it therefore a breach of the Constitution of the USA to send money to the executive branch when the 16th amendment specifically delegates it to CONGRESS?

IRS was given 15 thousand armed men with IRS badges by Bush to collect money malitia style in 1991 and ever since then with his story on the drug cartel money he has been running us in a muck and keeping tabs on all money and escalating computer technology with Bill Gates they go to bill gates home. Congress gets its powers from the constitution. Therefore, Congress can't delegate what's been given to it by the Constitution. If it did, it would have power over the constitution. It would be like saying children have power over their parents.

Also, there's no law that says the internal revenue service can collect taxes. If there was a law, it would be unconstitutional.

Congress is given the right collect taxes by the Constitution, and the (the Congress) have delegated that to the Secretary of the Treasury.

I think you should refuse to pay your taxes. Send them a letter telling them you are protesting. Perhaps the tax courts will side with you :)

The IRS is a federal collection agency (not just a tax collection agency).

Congress says you owe taxes. The IRS is authorized by Congress to collect the debt.

Interestingly enough, the Income tax was not alway with us. There was a period where the courts declared in unconstitutional, which was the reason that ammendment took place. Paycheck withholding came to be in 1943 during WWII, it didn't exist before then.

How you get taxed is kind of moot though. What needs to be controlled is how it gets spent. If you want to reduce taxes, work on that side of the equation.
