i don't think living a long life is more important than living a happy life. it's all about your mentality and what you get out of life and marriage. i believe a person can be happy in any situation. it's about how he/she views and deals the world and situation that determines their happiness not about what they have or don't have. married man has his problems so is single man. you can't put weighing machine calculating these two very different things. it's what you get out it and how you value the experiences and how you turn them into positive and rewarding life lessons!

i guess a committed relation demands more attention than an uncommitted one if u know what i mean. but there r some men who realy want to experience a married life. if u r that kinds then go forward 4 it but u may face problems, however on the other side of the coin if u see then after being married u get a gal who is entirely committed to u and will do anything 4 u which is not possible if u remain unmarried.

The biggest problems facing married men are 1. to be able to adequatly provide for your famliy 2. be able to protect your family from harm 3. be everything that your wife and family exspect them to be. But all this achievable if you have the right woman by your side and the family all work together to ease the strain.

I'm married, and I had more stress when I was single. I think the kinds of married men who have more stress than single men are those who married the wrong women.

Always remember that when you hear statistics, such as the one you referenced, that they are generalizations and that all generalizations are false including this one.
The bottom line is that stress may or may not relate to you the way it does others. Find your passion in life, learn to let things go and breath deep.

Poor man. If you aren't happy, change it. The problems faced by you are the problems what your wife feels too.
