Remember to only dab the eye cream on gently with your finger, do not rub the eye cream on because it will then stretch your skin and that skin under your eyes will stretch out but not back in. It is not an elastic band.

A good eye cream must be light weight and glide on easily. If the cream cannot be "tapped" on, avoid the product. A heavy eye cream can also make the skin puff up or even block your pores.
