Ok I know the 'plain view rule', however, does smell count as probable cause? For instance, if the cop smells marijuana in the car does he have the right to search even when i say I do not consent to a search. If it matters

To make it short, 2 weeks before my periods I am a b****. I cry at everything, I no longer have patience, and I feel like stomping my boyfriends head in at times(6 years together). My friend gave me her two cats in July. About two weeks after I had the cats, one of the cats (not sure which one) started pooping outside the litter box. I laid linolieum and moved the two litter boxes at opposite ends, and now that cats poop right in front of my door. I always change their litter and even moved their food by the front door hoping they would stop...they havent. I dont know what else to do, I am ready to kick their butts out the door. Please help!!!
