It was many years ago since the embarrassing day when a young woman, with a baby in her arms, entered his butcher shop and confronted him with the news that the baby was his and asked what was he going to do about it? Finally he offered to provide her with free meat until the boy was 16. She agreed.

The butcher had been counting the years off on his calendar, and one day the teenager, who had been collecting the meat each week, came into the shop and said, "I'll be 16 tomorrow."
"I know," said the butcher with a smile, "I've been counting too, tell your mother, when you take this parcel of meat home, that it is the last free meat she'll get, and watch the expression on her face."


When the boy arrived home he told his mother. The woman nodded and said, "Son, go back to the butcher and tell him I have also had free bread, free milk, and free groceries for the last 16 years and watch the expression on his face!"

That after 911 some owners of businesses that are from that part of the world ( mid-east ) had the biggest American flags flying ? They did everything in their power to show how they love America short of dressing up like uncle Sam. But what I really want to know is why AFTER 911 and not before.

I have a very fast metabolism and am planning on starting to lift weights as well as go running again.

I want to gain weight, both muscle and fat, doesn't matter. How many calories to gain weight considering my fast metabolism and three-four day/week working out?

What if I don't work out, how many calories then?

Three years ago it's top speed is 120 km/h at 3,000rpm. Now, it only run up to 100 km/h at 6,000rpm, BEYOND the red zone.

Seems like the engine needs a sixth (6th) gear.

What could possibly be the problem?

Can I adjust the drivetrain by adjusting some screws or nuts?

Should I swap transmission?

Is it the CLUTCH?

What 0-60 time and 1/4th mile time do you consider:

1) Slow

2) Average

3)Quick

4)Fast

Be realistic. Don't set standards that no car has ever reached. Also, try to keep it in the realm of normal, streetable cars. I'm not asking for the times of track built drag-cars.

This one is for all of the audiophiles out there. What is the purpose of processors that produce speaker delays? Why would you want to purposely delay a signal? Is this for when multiple speaker clusters are used away from center stage and the delay is inserted to compensate for the inevitable doppler effect? If so, how? I'm kinda curious.....
