My wife's mother has lived with us for many years, recently her brother made an offer to "reward" us for taking care of the mother: He will give us the down payment to buy a house for her, or to buy a condo for our daughter who is entering her freshman. We, of course, choose the latter but we dont know how to do this to avoid gift tax. If he makes it as a loan then it will impact our loan qualification. I'm talking about $60K here.

My son is one month old. He is currently on his 5th formula in that one month period because he will projectile vomit anywhere from immediately after he's done eating to 2 hours later. He has been on Similac Advance, Enfamil LIPIL w/ Iron, Enfamil w/ Iron, Enfamil A.R., and is currently on Enfamil Gentlease. The current one has made it a little less frequent, but nothing has helped completely. Ped. isn't sure what's going on, and says that we will try something else if it's still happening at his 2 mon. check-up but says that my son isn't gaining weight like he should (one pound since Dec. 10) Could something else be wrong other than it just being the wrong formula? I have tried keeping him up right and still after he eats, not moving him around a whole lot, not laying him on his tummy for tummy time until right before next feeding, pretty much anything I could think of. (He will vomit out of his mouth and nose and it flies about 2 feet out from his body!) Please help me!

Hi Everyone, I want answers only from gals on this one.

In this holi, I am planning to wear a backless choli with my ghagra. But is it safe to wear a backless choli without a bra? (dont want the bra straps to show...looks weird). Also I need to mention that I am a large busted gal and need a C cup.

I dont want any 'accidents' (something popping out) as we play holi with several guys and I dont want them to get a 'free view' (when I am wet)...

Please help...I really want to wear the choli as it goes superbly with my ghagra (I had worn it in Diwali without a bra...) BUT THIS IS HOLI and so I am worried.....

Please suggest/help.

Former Prosecutor, Ex-Trooper Charged With Running NYC Brothel

NEW YORK — A former federal prosecutor, a law school student and a former New Jersey state trooper were charged Wednesday with operating a New York City brothel that laundered its profits through fake companies.

The charges against the former prosecutor, Paul Bergrin of Marlboro, N.J., stem from his taking over NY Confidential, a lower Manhattan escort service that one of his clients ran until his arrest in January 2005, prosecutors said.

District Attorney Robert Morgenthau said Bergrin, 51, and co-defendants James Cortopassi, 27, of Marlboro, and Hiram Ortiz, 41, of Newark, N.J., took in $1.2 million in prostitution proceeds in the first six months that they ran the service.

The proceeds, which included more than $800,000 in credit card charges, were laundered through two shell companies....

My friends and I were talking about this and couldn't get an answer. I know if the starting goalie gets hurt that the backup goalie goes in, but what happens if the backup goalie gets hurt also? I have noticed that the majority of the conversations around the world regarding the middle east is the peace process. Expecially with Israel. Now since everybody is starting to take it seriously do you think we are heading towards very soon a peace covernant that will obviously be confirmed with many Including Israel. Do you think the antichrist(world dictator) will come out soon and sign the convernant of peace with many that so many are talking about?Because peace in the middle east seems to be the focus in the EU at the moment. Or do you see a major war with Israel first before the dictator can come out and make a seven year peace covernant with Israel and many nations? Christians what is your opinion on this. Like I said Christians only. Looks like the tribulaton is around the corner to me.
