None of those sources should have Death Note 13 yet. It seems it was lisenced by some company which is going to start selling death note dubbed in english, and thus live-evil stopped subbing it.
However, apparantly there is one group that will go on subbing it... but it was some pretty low profile group... I can't remember the name. It might be available some time next week, I suppose.
