i have a x box(1.2 NOT 360) I want to get a small heat sink and fan and put on my x box cpu.can i use this one for that or will there not be the room for it in the x box and get air flow?http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835114009
is there any other way to get the x box cooler?

i have been inside my x box and have seen how little room there is but the CPU heat sink i want is smaller in hight and has more fins and a fan.

I think all of your ideas to cool the xbox cpu is great and all, but I think your current plan is doomed for failure. There is not a lot of room to allow for any errors in size and I don't see how a PC cpu heatsink will adapt to the xbox form. I've never ventured into my xbox, but I've seen one taken apart and in pictures online. Its packed in there! I don't think you're going to find what you want from http://www.newegg.com/

Instead, do a little reading on what others have modded and see if a product is available from such a mod site that is more likely to work for you. One such enthusiast site is http://www.llamma.com/

UPDATE:
Wouldn't it be easier then to mount the low profile fan you are planning on using directly onto the existing heatsink? Unless you live in a place like Hawaii where the daily temperatures in house are above 85 degrees then I really don't know how much benefit you will get from a heatsink with more fins and a fan vice just adding a fan to your existing heatsink...
