I'm 26 yrs old and I recently started to have a gut sticking out. 3 yrs ago, I weighed about 155lbs and now I got up to 185lbs. I guess my metabilism has slowed down a bit with age. People who see me say "you have a belly, where?? I don't see it, your so skinny!!!" But I do in fact have one, hell I look at myself everyday just like everyone else and last time I checked, my gut was sticking out. I have fairly skinny arms and legs, but my stomach sticks out which makes me look awkward when I have my shirt off. I was wondering if anyone can tell me a easy way to lose my gut?? Thanx!
