I especially find it worriesome when it's applied to science, such as "I know evolution is false because the Bible says so" or "I know the entire earth was flooded because the Bible says so".

My question is, How do you KNOW that the Bible is completely 100% true and that everything that contradicts it is false?

Also, please state which version you are using. The KJV which references unicorns? The Catholic Bible with its extra books that the Protestant Bible leaves out? Or some other version? I'd like to know which one is the authoritative one.
