I'm 26 yrs old and I recently started to have a gut sticking out. 3 yrs ago, I weighed about 155lbs and now I got up to 185lbs. I guess my metabilism has slowed down a bit with age. People who see me say "you have a belly, where?? I don't see it, your so skinny!!!" But I do in fact have one, hell I look at myself everyday just like everyone else and last time I checked, my gut was sticking out. I have fairly skinny arms and legs, but my stomach sticks out which makes me look awkward when I have my shirt off. I was wondering if anyone can tell me a easy way to lose my gut?? Thanx!

Lots of cardio, i.e. swimming, running, walking , biking etc. Before you go to bed everynight work on your core with situps, crunches, leg lifts. You should notice an immediate diffrence if you stick to it and combine with a good diet.

Only way to loose a gut is to loose over all body weight. Most people who have cut abs don't even focus a workout around the abs. ONLY way is to reduce your body fat period. Increasing your ab mucles only PUSH OUT your stomache even further.
