I have an alienware computer on standby and waiting to order that is about $4,000. I don't know anything about the guts of a computer and I'm lost with too many options for gaming computers. Should I get my Alienware computer or another brand that is only for gaming (not like the run-of-the-mill all around computers)? My friend had told me about newegg.com and I've checked it out. I have NO clue what most of the components mean. I will mainly use it for World of Warcraft anf Guild Wars. Some of the specs are: NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI Motherboard, Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6400 2.13GHz 2MB Cache 1066MHz FSB, 1GB DDR2 Performance SDRAM at 800MHz - 2 x 512MB, Extreme Performance (RAID 0) - 500GB (2 x 250GB) Serial ATA 3Gb/s 7,200 RPM w/ 2 x 8MB Cache, Additional Storage Drive - 500GB Serial ATA 3Gb/s 7,200 RPM w/ 16MB Cache, 768MB NVIDIA® GeForce™ 8800 GTX, and Ageia PhysX Processing Unit w/ 128MB GDDR3. If that helps out any, please tell me. I would like to find a great gaming comp for cheap $.

Well I am 12 and have mild scollyosis and my doctor says that i have about 6 months to a year to grow and I got angry and sad and I said I wanted to grow taller but i have been having pains in my knees and elbows and my back I feel like i am straching and if these are growing pains then how to get rid of the pain.
