Spanish words aren't usually spelled with the letter "k". I think it must be another language, unless it's a joke Spanish word where they just put "o" on the end of "milk".

You sure that's spanish? I put it through a translator and it doesn't come up with anything. It might be a brand or a name. It doesn't mean milk, that would be leche.
