the fast way of losing weight is not what you should be looking for if u want to lose weight and remain slim. if u lose weight Fast, u WILL gain it back fast. the fastest and best way to lose weight is by
1. eating less calories. (go on a diet) also eat healthier
2. do some type of calorie burning activity (sports, yoga) some type of cardio.
3. lift weights. by lifting weights u gain more muscle tissue and gaining more muscle tissue increases ur metabolism and that increases the amount of calories ur body burns every day.
you have to be patient, consistent and patient. u can't lose weight overnight.

Meeting the right girl. You'll wanna lose weight for her. Seriously, every strategy for weight loss involves portion control. Our society has really lost track of what a reasonable portion is. I once saw an entree in a restaurant consisting of 4, yes 4 chicken breasts and a side of pasta containing 5 cups of pasta. No kidding. That used to be dinner for a family of 4. Now, it's dinner for one.

I have tried many kinds of weight reduction program, weights, taebo, diet pills, fasting, water theraphy and others. I have been too eager to loose weight before.
I have observed that the fastest to loose weight for me, is not to be eager to loose weight. Now that I am working overseas, I have changed my usual routine without noticing it until my friends said"hey you lost weight already". Then I started to analyze, yeah its true my pants are all loose. Loosing weight has not been my priority but I was able to loose pounds of fat already. I was putting my mind in doing a good job only. I am trying to put-off my mind from being lonely in a foreigh country. To my amazement I think putting your mind in doing other activities and enjoying it makes us more active in thoughts and motions.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

a ton of heavy exercise, eating light carbs for energy while you exercise, and occasional fasting. if you fast too much your metabolism gets used to no food and tails off making it harder to lose weight. lots of really small meals throughout the day when you feel hunger pangs. lots of water too.

Cut out fast food, and soda (including diet soda) Cut back on fatty foods (anything fried) carbs (breads, rice, potatoes, ect) Eat more fresh foods.... and exercises!!! Cardio workouts (running, fast walking, bike, elliptical) will build your metabolism and burn fat!!
