I've been reading about the Ethiopia-Somalia conflict recently and it says there hasn't been a stable government for 15 years. How do people live day to day without a government? For example, what do people do when someone commits a crime? When someone gets sick? For education and work?

I just got back together with my boyfriend of eight years after breaking up with him about a month ago. I can't sleep at night for the worry over who he may have 'met' while we were apart. I don't think it's really any of my business, as we were apart and he was single during that time, but I cannot get it off my mind. Why do I feel this way? What should I do? I really love him and we're working so hard to work this out; I don't want this to stand in the way. Do I just ask him straight out and hope I can deal with the answer? Do I give it time and hope I stop worrying? Help?!

There was this boy that I met over the summer, and about 2 months after we met, we started to go out. But little after, he said to me that he doesnt want to be in a relationship w/ me becuase he always screws them up and he doesnt want to screw us up. So when I asked if we can just be freinds, he said that he doesnt want to and he wants us to ACT like we go out, when we really don't. So for Xmas, I wanted to get him sthg that he really liked and since he was into sneakers, I bought him some which costs over $80, but since he knows the ppl@the store, i got it4a bit cheaper. So for Xmas, he was going to get me earrings and a necklace w/my name on it, but he said he waited2give them2me outside of my class, but I didnt c him. Since he said how I acted like like I didnt c him, (he cried2), he said that he returned it (when he could have given it 2 me after). When I asked him4my money back, he said that he wouldnt give me. So I ignored him for a week, and he says he wants me back in his life

Britney Spears. Can't she be normal without being criticized?? So what if she has two small children and is partying. For Heaven's sake, she is young and has plenty of money and is in the middle of a nasty divorce!! Of course she would be going out at a time like this. The media is portraying her as a bad mother and I know plenty of parents that go out and have their fun, but are excellent parents. Just because she likes to party doesn't mean she doesn't know how to parent and besides, everyone makes mistakes!! If I was her, I would move back to my hometown and get out of the spotlight for a while. What do you think?

I didn't notice that the nurse marked that the baby was in breech position until I watched the VHS tape last night. They were unable to determine the baby's sex because it's legs were closed. I have to go back in two weeks.

Does this mean that I'll have a C-section? Will baby be breech around Delivery time.

Please Help!!. I want a natural birth. What do I need to do to change this and make the baby move more???

Can someone help me figure out what's going on in his head?
A week ago i told a friend of mine that it would be better that we didn't talk so i can get over my crush on him. before this happened, we joked around about hooking up, but then i felt bad about us joking about it. Today I wrote him a letter telling him how i felt about us joking around, and the fact we just treat each other as professionals and he didn't even say hi or acknowledge that he got the letter. A little over two weeks ago while hiking I rolled my ankle (to the outside) and fell off a rock. It swelled up immeditaly with a nice goose egg on the ankle bone and lots of swelling surrounding the area. Being a mile from my car I had to get up and keep going. Three days later I went to the doctor and he said it is sprained. Now most of the swelling is gone except for right behind/below my ankle bone. The pain there is so severe I can hardly touch it. I still have some bruising in that area. Mobility is limited. I have an air cast to wear for another two weeks and that does help with the swelling. My question is does this sound like a sprain or does it possibly sound like I fractured it? I don't know why the doctor didn't xray so I'm on my way to see the orthopedic next week. I'm wondering if I should get someone to drive me incase it is fractured and I need a ride home. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

i just bought this 04 acura TSX, everthing was fine at first, but suddenly while drive the engine light came on, the VSA ligh came on, the "D" Drive light stated blikin, the speedometer stop working and i can't put the car in reverse or park. Has anyone have this problem before, can anyone tell me what is going with my car.
