I am a man and I belive children should not be taken from their moyhers I belive men have some writes but In domestic violence the mother should have all right and all authority and I belive the father is who ever the mother wants to be please I want to right a law all mothers want and one that would help them in responding to my message please be subjective

Okay, I will be subjective. The language you ought to choose to write up a law to be proposed would be English, if you are living in a country that has English as a primary or legal language. Because appearance and form matter in the legal world, you would be well-served to have someone literate correct your proposed law bill.
