I am a man and I belive children should not be taken from their moyhers I belive men have some writes but In domestic violence the mother should have all right and all authority and I belive the father is who ever the mother wants to be please I want to right a law all mothers want and one that would help them in responding to my message please be subjective

To be legal the law must be written in the national language of the country concerned.

You would need to write the laws to the standards of each country. You need to write it in the local language of each country. And, you need to hold a position that allows you to write this law.
