Well, someone out there may feel some sympathy for you.
So, what you are saying is this was an unplanned pregnancy. Before you tell me any more of your job description, is there a partner involved, or was it artificial insemination? Since you did not ask any question(s), what else is there to discuss?

Exercise is good while pregnant as long as you do not have any complications. However you need plenty of rest, and while working the labor laws are there to protect you and make sure you get your breaks. Talk to your supervisor and let them know that you must have your breaks. As for the mean customers. Take a deep breathe when you see her coming. Remember your hormones are roaring and it may be harder to be pleasant to this person, but for your job the customer is always right. Kill her with kindness!! You will have a lot more class then she ever will have.

You shouldn't have any problem's but if your worried talk to your doctor. I worked at Discount Auto part's the whole time I was preganant. I stocked the shelves and every thing. I was on my feet 8 or 9 hours a day and had no problem's at all. I actually worked up until the day I went in to labor! You'll be fine and Congrat's on the little one!!!

Congrats

If you are concerned your job is putting you at risk - then speak to your GP first for advice - at this stage it shouldnt do you any harm
speak to your employer and let them know your pregnant - I'm not sure at what stage but I know your legally bound to tell your employer at some stage so they can minimise the risks to you both
and lastly - working 7 hours without a break is illegal - you are entitled to 15 mins for every 4 hours you work - are you aure you dont get time to sit down in between which can be counted as a break even if it is not at the same time daily? when do you eat etc??

No you are not putting your child at risk. But the further along in the pregnancy you are the harder it will be to accomplish some of these tasks. If I were you, I would at least take your lunch break to give your body a rest.

congrats. with my first child I worked in manufacturing. All the exerxise I got was beneficial. Am pregnant agin with 2nd, work in production now. Just get enough rest and don't lift anything too heavy. you will be fine till you start to get back pain. Then its time to reduce your hours or get light duty. your job may have FMLA or might work with you. your OB can write you an excuse, so that you can take breaks and etc....just take it easy

You really need a doctor to advise you. If you are healthy, the first 4 - 5 months should be no problem, but as the baby grows as does your stomach, it will get harder and you will need to cut back. Congrats on the baby and God Bless.

Alot of women work manual jobs until the day they deliver. If you are really worried then you should talk to your doctor. Most of the time it is fine unless you have complications.
