The reason I ask, is that I read on a site where I was looking up abdominal exercises that one of the people said no number of exercises can overcome genetics,. . and if your abdominal muscle breaks into six parts thats what you have. The caveat of course is that he said this doesn't mean that if you have exercised and have six, that you don't have eight. . maybe you just haven't developed the lowers well. BUT, it could mean that your ab genetically develops into six areas. .which he mentioned was the majority of the populous. The reason I ask for myself, is that I am beginning to train my stomach and if there is a way to help it develop into eight I would prefer it, but If it is geneticaly impossible. . well then I'll just do standard exercises.
