I ve just upgraded and reformatted my PC, but m having a hard time downloading msn or skype?

every time I try to install msn messenger or skype, the PC restarts , any help ?

Check your temperatures and voltages with SpeedFan, you could be overheating or your power supply might be going bad. Also, check your RAM with MemTest86.
