YES! and so is diet soda!

To break it down, someone created this poison (aspartame) to replace sugar in basically any food containing sugar. FDA had disapproved this drug to be used in any foods until our good boy Donald Rumsfeld the same guy behind the prisoner abuse at Abu Ghrahib and all the other war crimes he is currently being Investigated for approved this stuff while under the Reagan administration ONE day after his inauguration (he didn't waste anytime).

He was able to make Millions of dollars off this scandal and its now Everywhere.

The entire medical world had found this agent to promote the following side effetcs:

Fibromyalgia
Arthritis
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Parkinson's Disease
Lupus
Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS)
Diabetes and Diabetic Complications
Epilepsy
Alzheimer's Disease
Birth Defects
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Lymphoma
Lyme Disease
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
Panic Disorder
Depression and other Psychological Disorders

So yeah, thats it... say no aspartame.. Most of us probably don't drink diet sodas already (Aspartame aside its already been proven to be worse then Regular Soda), I'm pretty sure we don't add powdered sweetners to our water (at least I hope not) and/or Nutrasweet, so the only part that may be difficult is Chewing Gum.. dentyne, Excel etc... my manager recommends Wrigley's gum, the stick gum in the foil.. supposedly do not contain aspartame.

We already know this stuff probably won't come on our controlled media, so you can refer to the following Links, and there are tons all over the web:

Sugar gum, yes. If there is no sugar in it, then it's actually good for your teeth. The chewing action causes your mouth to secrete saliva, which in turn cleans your teeth.

Why not? Everything else is from time to time depending on the study. Dentists say sugar is bad for your teeth, especially if you do not brush at least before going to bed and I believe that one. Stick around, a new study might come out and say it is actually good for you.

hmmm!

Well it is sort of

Reasons
when you chew gum for a while your stomach gets ready to digest any food as you chew
BUT as you do not swallow gum, your stomach get's ready to digest for nothing
so after a while you get tummy ache!!
