Use remote desktop to use a computer you own elsewhere that isn't blocked and browse on that PC?

The above user is suggesting you use your computer as a zombie like. However this requires you to have a always on connection to the Internet and proxy server software(or just use remote desktop if you have XP).

You said that all proxies are blocked, this is impossible to do even for a admin at a school. Every server on the Internet gets a IP address, to block all of them is impossible. What you are probably doing is using a web base proxy like hidemyip.com which is blocked because it's easy to recognize name. You should try to use a IP based proxy and connect.

You can find thousands of address using the keyword "proxy" or "ip proxy" on a search engine like yahoo or google. Once you have the address(something like 192.168.100.1) then enter it in your broswer(like Internet Explorer)proxy settings somewhere in the options.
