I want to know about skype services and what is it? How we make call from this.

I have atrial fibrillation and take Warfarin. I used to take it every morning at the same time as my beta blocker and flecainide and never forgot. When I was in hospital the nurse said Warfarin should be taken at 6pm. This is not convenient as we eat mainly at midday and are out in the evening and twice I have forgotten to take the Warfarin. What difference would it make if I took it in the morning with my other tablets?
Also the anticoagulation clinic told me not to make up the missed dose the next morning - surely it is better than missing a dose completely? I take 5mg weekdays and 6mg at the weekend so obviously the amount is minutely measured and it seems to me that it would be better to make up the missing dose and anyway the 2 doses would be 10 hours apart. I was also told to mark my yellow card with the date of the missing dose althoug my INR test is only monthly now so it seems pointless or perhaps I am not understanding the way warfarin works..

i brought pirates of the caribbean 2 it comes up to select language then the copyright jargon then the disney logo after a couple of seconds the screen goes blank . This is the same on both discs , got it changed at shop but same thing again with another one.It plays on computer and have tried other dvds incuding another disney and they all play fine . Can anybody enlighten me please i so want to watch the film. Thanx

I have already made biodiesel successfully using fresh vegetable oil (homebrew). i tried using canola oil and the results were good. I am now trying using jatropha oil but I am experiencing problems when I try the same procedure just as I did with canola oil with the right measurements.:

When I heat the oil for 55 degrees celsius I should pour in the methoxide, usually from my experience the oil will start to thicken and then it will become thinner than original oil while I keep stirring. However with jatropha oil, after pouring methoxide in the oil, a reaction takes place and iwhite like soapy bubbles appear with the oil which I don't find normal. What should I do to prevent this from happening? Was 55 degrees c too much? What's the cause of this?

Just before Christmas I received an Email from the National Lottery. Stating that my email address has been given a lottery ticket and it had been picked as a winning ticket. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? No, neither can I. My winning prize was in fact £250,000 and all I had to do was contact the claims department by email! Easy I hear you say! Well I havent heard a dicky bird since. has anyone else had this.
