I installed a game on my hard disk and then i deleted it .now my brother has reinstalled the same game on hard disk,.has it been installed twice?I mean would it be occupying double space?

no it won't occupy double space if it is installed in the same directory. However use ccleaner to remove unused files after you uninstall anything, this way pc becomes cleaner
run the following two menus of ccleaner
cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner
Issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues

the proper way to uninstall the game is to go into the control panel and select add or remove software. That is the only way to remove the program. All he did was to restore files that were deleted. I would suggest using administrative rights and keep him from downloading all together.
