A man goes to the toy store to buy his daughter a birthday present.
Being a real macho guy, he has no idea what to get her so he asks
for some assistance from a clerk.

"I thought I'd buy her a doll", he says, "but which one should I get?"

"Well, here we have some of the more popular ones. we have the Malibu
Barbie for $12.00, which comes with a bathing suit and a towel. We have
the Ballerina Barbie for $23.00, which comes with a tutu and a cassette.
We have the Aerobics Barbie for $30.00, which comes with a leotard and
a workout CD. And we have the new Divorce, Barbie for $1500.00."

The man was flabbergasted. "Why does that one cost so much more
than the others?"

"Oh well that's easy.", replied the clerk, "This Barbie comes with Ken's
car, Ken's boat, Ken's house, Ken's..."

Simply I work in the Homeless Field. I tell the people I serve if what they are told is not logical-chances are good its illegal.

I attempted to bring a Federal lawsuit against the state of Maine and Maine towns for conspring to defraud people in need.

These actions of government applying other than enacted laws in my opinion violates DUE Process.

In Oppressive countries citizens cannot question the acts of their government. In a domacracy citizens supposingly have the right to question the legitamry of government actions. Only the US Federal Courts in Maine exclaims citizens lack "Standing to sue the state." "In other words,LightfootLae has no standing to complain simply that their government is violating the law."

Do you that charging that the government makes a practice of violating the law is a vested interest each person has in a free republic?

My family (mom dad and child) want to take a vacation. I want to know if there are any good places within driving distance of north central florida. We would like to take our dog. We also would like to see mountains and snow and stay in a cabin. If possible we would also like to go on a horse trail ride. One where you don't bring your own horse. ok, 1 dpo which happened to be right after christmas i started getting very tired. i've had twinges in my tummy, and i've aso been bloated every since. i get insomina at night, but not every night and really thirsty at times. now is really not a good time for me to be pregnant. i also had some discharge, and i just feel weird. 5 dpo i had this sharp pain almost like a cramp. my period is due on the 7th. is there a possibility?

I have a 7 year old male cat, yes he is fixed then a 3 years later we got a female kitten, now 1 year later we got another female, i thought i was just smelling things but now i know since i took down my tree(christmas) he was using that as a peeing ground. i caught him peeing on my counter, he went in my roaster!! i have also caught him doing this in my bed. its not just peeing though its pooping too usually under my kitchen table. i was going to take him to the local shelter but i do not have the heart to do this! he has been the family cat i love him. now i dont know how to get rid of this odor nor stop him from doing this. my hubby wants him gone i have called the animal hospital and they said he is old put him to sleep but i dont believe that he is not that old!! so please someone help me figure out what to do. i cant really afford to buy all the top cleaning stuff off line is there something i could try thats in a store? i have used urine be gone and that does NOT work at all...

2.Find the area of the largest rectangle with lower base on the x-axis and upper vertices on the parabola y=16-5x^2

3. A point moves on the curve 6x^2-3y^2=18 so that its x-coordinate increases at the constant rate of 9 m/s. At what rate is the y-coordinate chaing when y=3 meters.

4.The acceleration of a particle moving along the coordinate line is 5+4t m/s^2. At t=0 the velocity is 5 m/s. find how far the particle moves from time t=0 to t=2.


5. A container with rectangular base, rectangular sides, and no top is to have a volume of 16 m^3. The width of the base is to be 2 m. When cut to size, material costs $27 per square meter for the base and $9 per square meter for the sides. What is the cost of the least expensive container?

This is day 4 of my new tropical fish adventure. I put 5 fish in 2 days ago and I found one dead this evening. The water tests were ok. Maybe the nitrite level was a bit high but it was boarderline/ambiguous. I did a partial water exchange. I've followed all the instructions exactly. what could it be? I also noticed his tail was missing. Could he have been attacked by the other fish? (They are not nippy fish - all non aggressive) Or would the other fish have had a go after he died?

I have been a Wiccan for five years, and had most of my tools, the other's my fiance had, but due to a recent incident in which my sister's house caught on fire (we all lived together) I have lost all of my tools and other things... I, my best friend Nova, my fiance Tubbs, and my father-like-friend Miles (who past away after the fire) all believe homemade tools generate my power and are generally better, but I have no clue where to start, does anyone know how to or knows a link to make the following items: a sword, athame, white-handled knife, an altar, chalices, candles, a wand, censer, incense, a pentacle, cauldron, broom (besom) , robes, cords, and a bell... I know that that is quite a bit, but it would really help if you could tell me one or more if you know how to make them... or any other tools I might have left out...

Two of my brothers friends (who I hate a lot) came to my house looking for my brother on Friday. When they all came running back, the police sirens were ringing so I locked them out the door until the sirens went away hoping the police would catch them. When they came back, they told me they left a bag of crap in the middle of main street and then someone ran over it.

I threatened to turn them in if they didn't leave, but my brother said "If you turn them in, I'll get in trouble too.

And apparently, if my brother gets caught, my mom will loose custody over us.

Should I turn them in anyways?

I'm a guy and I have medium length hair. It looks like a "hat" really wierd...like the hair lies in very very straight strands around my head, and the bad thing is that it bends inwards creating a roundy shape of the head. Also, my hair has not texture, so when I try to use special Gels and stuff, it does give a lot of texture, but it looks dirty.
