Which choice represents the correct order of activity for Group 17 elements?

(Note: > signifies more active than) and also, i'm not sure if activity means how reactive it is, but i'm pretty sure that's it.

1) iodine>bromine>chlorine>flourine
2) flourine>bromine>chlorine>iodine
3) bromine>iodine>flourine>chlorine

The least active is I2, then Br2 then Cl2 then F2
