Simply I work in the Homeless Field. I tell the people I serve if what they are told is not logical-chances are good its illegal.

I attempted to bring a Federal lawsuit against the state of Maine and Maine towns for conspring to defraud people in need.

These actions of government applying other than enacted laws in my opinion violates DUE Process.

In Oppressive countries citizens cannot question the acts of their government. In a domacracy citizens supposingly have the right to question the legitamry of government actions. Only the US Federal Courts in Maine exclaims citizens lack "Standing to sue the state." "In other words,LightfootLae has no standing to complain simply that their government is violating the law."

Do you that charging that the government makes a practice of violating the law is a vested interest each person has in a free republic?

I don't see how the government has defrauded anyone, based upon your post. I am sorry that there are homeless people in this country. However, it is not the responsibility of the government to provide for those in need. I see it as a personal responsibility we have for our fellow man to help them up out of their situation. All government assistance does is add more layers of government and bureaucracy and enslaves those it is supposed to assist. We used to help one another in this country until government interfered. Since that time we have found ourselves paying more in taxes and seen much waste without really helping people that much. I would prefer helping those who need it directly than counting on the government to do it. At least I would know that all of the money was getting to the ones who need it.
