I'm saying I have seen a lot of post recently about the OT God, which from what I can see can be called the death God, because he can't help but kill people or order people to kill. the OT god is one of the most vicious characters in all of literature, somehow the religious faithful try to defend it by saying, "Well those people were evil and didn't listen to God," which is a pathetic answer, but seem to forget these quotes..... "I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things" (Isa 45:7 KJV) -- "The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil" (Prov 16:4 KJV) -- "Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?" (Amos 3:6 KJV).

So if it is God creating this evil, how can they make excuses? Is God just PO'D? OR is this an allegory and is quite unworthy to think of a God in this manner? Man he is so angry.

Iv'e been getting my nails done for quite a while so I couldn't bite them and I wanted them to grow...they're finally really long but I'm scared that if I get the acrylic taken off, that they will break. i need a cleanser, moisturiser, toner, and foundation for my skin type. i have dry sensitive skin but i also have slight acne on the apples of my cheeks, my chin and a little on my forehead. i have dry skin mainly around my eyes and mouth. Please help. i can't find anything that doesn't make something else worse. for example something for my acne makes more dry skin and something for dry skin worsens my acne and so many products hurts my skin like hell.

My friend was brutally shot 8 times by somene outside,as soon as he swithed on light in the bath at his home,at 4am two months ago.That beast who shot him thought he died but he survived.Nobody has been arrested yet though we suspect someone but there is no evidence .My friend wants to pay revenge but I have told him that won't help him and can lead him to jail. Now I don't know what to do.There were no cameras .Help me if you can because police are closing the case now as there is no evidence .

My dad bought me a car, and we need insurance. Temporarily, he put the car under his insurance. It only has liability coverage for now. We need to add comprehensive coverage but need to know if it is alright for me to drive the car under his name in case of an accident. (Insurance for a teen is very expensive.)

it's shaped like an igloo, so it holds in heat in the winter. she likes pine needles and those cedar chips that you'd normally use to line hamster cages with. i've covered the bottom of her house with both. she'll go in for a while, but then she'll come right back out and look at me like i'm crazy. i praise her for going in also, but she won't stay in for very long.

When answering the question “Do you have any 2007 predictions (spiritually)? The good & pretty and the bad & ugly” I wrote down with little thought:

“I will have accomplished a full physical transformation before the middle of the year. The more time goes on, the more I realize that my animal spirit and I are one and the same. My fox spirit and I, we are one. I am my fox. I am fox. The closer I get to this understanding, the closer I come to a p-shift

That is my spiritual prediction.”

What I got in response concerned me a bit, but not that I thought that it was true, but that the asker of the question honestly thought this.

“I'm concerned about the Philosopher. You can't become one spirit with a fox. A demon is tricking you. I predict that you will have a true spiritual awakening, renewed in spirit with God.”

I worry about these people because their religion has clouded their thoughts beyond help.

How can you see the earth and the universe, so perfectly placed so that it doesn't all crash together and create a huge mess, and not believe SOMETHING or SOMEONE other than a giant explosion put it there? How can you see how magnificently we have evolved in our studies in science, math, literature, art, and so many other areas and not believe that something made that happen? I am not asking if you believe in God or not, because there are other theories - including athiesm - which i completely respect, but how can you see these things and not believe that there is something placing it there for a reason?
