my friend really want to try the ougie board but im terrified she doesnt want to do it by herself so she asked me to do it with her we dont want to do it in our houses because we dont want anthing haunting us i dont know if its true or not but ive heard bad things about it. Do you think it would be o.k if we tried it? or can you tell me a story that will convince me not to?

My circuit breaker has a 3phase in it and I was wondering if I can seperate them into three seperate breakers? The 3phase is a 30amp breaker, can I turn them into 3 15amp single phase breaker?

My g/f trains for gymnastics pretty hard. She conditions for two hours a day, Practices for three, Has lacrosse for two, and has been saying that she is sore but her coach tells her no pain no gain. I am worried because she is so tired and sore. I am not jealous because we still spend time together I am just comcerened. Is it possible I see that she may be over her limit but she cannot or will not accept that?? She pulled two leg muscles and a stomach muscle. I want her to be safe and healthy but think she will see me as selfish to say this. What do I do??
I am using my g/f's account to post this so her earlier ?s are not mine.
I know that she broke her wrist last year at conference and kept competing even though it hurt like hell.
Her coach doesn't like me coming to support her cuz I think she does good and he says she should deal with her failure(6th out of 158) not be praised.

My mother is suicidal, and has been for a long time. She is a Maniac Depressant, with Anxiety and ADD. She is on a list of medicines as long as my arm. She just tried to commit suicide again, this is the 2nd time this month. My sister is 10 and my mother has sole custody. Her father is an alcholic and a drug addict, he lives in another state. I want custody of my sister, but I don't have a lot of money. I live near her school, have a steady job, don't drink or do drugs. I rent a two bedroom duplex, so she would have her own room. I make enough money to support her and I, plus my mother gets Social Security Disability, so my sister collects a small check that would go toward taking care of her.

What are my rights? And would this be a very expensive undertaking? I have to know, she can't stay in the environment anylonger. My mother is a good mom, when she isn't trying to kill herself, but I believe that my sister needs a stabile home, and security.

Advise me please.

Yes, its true....whether you are middle aged or beyond, if you are financially independent you can easily get any number of drop dead gorgeous young men who will worship you. So much better than those old guys with their viagra, these guys don't need it!

My feet hurt. I've been running for what seems like forever. Then i stop and see a light. All of a sudden i go toward it not being able to stop, i'm so weak so i just let it take me. I end up in a cool place with bells and pink and purple clouds that taste like cotton candy. Then i see my great grandma looking at me. She looks diffrent as far as i remember,then i realize shes been dead for three years. Then i say " Am i in heaven?" then my greatgrandmother (May) starts flying toward me. She stops right in front of me and says" Diamond come with me" so i follow her. she takes me into a room with a big screen T.V and tells me to watch carefully, so i do. Then i see a picture of my family crying in the hospital. She then tells me that i'm a angel that will stop all evil on the earth.
