All praise is due to Allah and peace and blessings be upon the beloved Propthet Muhammad. YES, this is a very seriously bad evil. Nobody should curse Allah or take His name in vain. We must have a constant FEAR of Allah so that we are conscious of what we say and do in front of Allah. We must also be careful not say anything about Allah we have no right to say. Allah only accepts the GOOD deeds done on his behalf. Acts such as terrorism, done on the supposed behalf of Allah, is NOT acceptable and those who do these horrible acts do not practice Islam in its purity as the Propthet (peace be upon him) and his companions (peace be upon them) instructed. They are not a reflection of Islam or the majority of the Muslims as a whole. Allah knows best.

in islam you shouldnt curse(period) and ofcourse its worng to take the name of allah in vain he is the highest and most gracious

it's wrong to curse using the name of god.
it's wrong to swear using prophets name or life... like ''i swear to the prophet ...s life that i didn't do it'' (astaghferollah)
