I think we all understand that you can have too much of a good thing. Too much bravery becomes recklessness, being too accomidating makes one a doormat, too much honesty makes one tactless, etc. But wisdom is slightly different, because it is not so much a single attribute, as it is the proper proportion of many attributes. It seems to be the very stuff of knowing how to live and interact, and so based on that, can a person have too much of it? Can a person be so wise that s/he becomes dysfunctional?
